
Gordon-Michael Scallion
A Glimpse of the Future
Gordon-Michael Scallion is a futurist, teacher and editor of Intuitive Flash. Although his background and education is in electronics, he experienced a health crisis in 1979 that led him on a path of self discovery, which eventually led to his ability to access higher states of consciousness.
His insights and ability to forecast changes in Earth’s environment and social trends have been featured on NBC, CBC, CNBC, Fox Television, Unsolved Mysteries, The Discovery Channel, The Learning Channel, Art Bell’s, Coast to Coast, as well as online and print publications throughout the world.
Mr. Scallion is a teacher of consciousness studies and metaphysics, author of the best selling book Notes from the Cosmos, The Future Map of the World, and co-author of the learning program Children of the Rainbow.Mr. Scallion’s latest project is developing an online classroom on

ARCHEOLOGICAL DISCOVERIES
Prediction: Major archeological discoveries prove the existence of intelligent humans and advanced technological civilizations dating back over twelve thousand years. (ECR 1/95)
In the summer of 1995, ancient carved tools were discovered in Zaire. Researchers dated the tools at more than eighty-thousand years old. In September 1996, archeologists announced the discovery of artwork carved in huge sandstones at Jinmium in the northwestern part of Australia. Archeologists believe the artwork to be fifteen thousand years older than any other rock art in Australia.
Prediction: Discoveries will come from China, the Yucatan, and Egypt. The greater [archeological] discoveries will come from the Giza Plateau. (ECR 1/95)
In May 1995, several major archeological discoveries were made in Egypt. Sixty-seven chambers were found that go back to the time of Ramses II, who ruled from 1290 to 1212 B.C. Later in the year an ancient Egyptian canal was discovered near the pyramids of Giza, built about four thousand five hundred years ago.
CONFLICTS
Prediction: War shall spread throughout the former Soviet Union, Africa and the Middle East. Time frame: 1994 to 1997. (ECR 1/94)
The New York Times reported in January 1995 that conflicts in Africa had escalated to unthinkable proportions during 1994. Later, in Rwanda, several hundred thousand Rwandans were massacred as part of a conflict between the Hutus and Tutsis.
In December 1994, war broke out in Chechnya, a former member of the Soviet Union, when the country attempted to secede from the Russian federation. Russian troops, tanks, and bombs began a steady decimation of Grozny, the capital of Chechnya.
Prediction: Not during the coming year [1994], but before the end of the century, terrorist acts involving chemical and explosive devices shall occur. (ECR 1/94)
On April 19, 1995, a huge car bomb destroyed the Federal building in Oklahoma City.
On March 20, a Japanese cult was accused of spreading deadly nerve gas throughout the tunnels of the Tokyo subway system. A dozen people were killed, and more than five thousand five hundred were injured. In April 1995, fumes spread through a train in Yokohama, causing more than five hundred passengers to be hospitalized.
During the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, a bomb went off, killing at least one person and injuring several more.
Prediction: Ireland politically goes through very positive changes in 1995, even greater changes in 1996. (ECR 1/95)
In June 1995, the first British army base was dismantled in Northern Ireland. An agreement reached in November 1995 created an international body to oversee the removal of arms from the IRA and Protestant guerrillas.
