UFOs, Zimbabwe and the
Hollow Planet Theory
Jan Lamprecht has been involved with computer programming, consulting, etc. for the last 19 years. He has had an intense interest in offbeat subjects such as UFOs and the hollow earth theory.
I was born in Zimbabwe and grew up on a farm during the bush war,
which resulted in Robert Mugabe coming to power. I was educated
at Churchill High School in Harare. Upon leaving school I moved to
South Africa where I spent a short time in the South African Navy.
Thereafter I went into computers where I have spent the rest of my
life. I had a natural aptitude for programming and software
development. At an early age I began doing consulting and other
independent work. I have been in computers for 20 years. My
particular strength is systems analysis and design.
I have always been interested in UFOs, prophecy and the
paranormal. Perhaps it was the result of growing up in a country at
war and threatened with chaos all the time. My first contact with
the Hollow Planets idea was the result of reading a book in the
1970's entitled "Our Mysterious Spaceship Moon." It made a deep
impression on me. I did not believe in the Hollow Earth but this
book made me open to the possibility. In 1992, as a result of my
computer work and my need for software support from the USA I
joined CompuServe. I made friends with Americans and had a
chance to discuss the paranormal with them. I met a guy called
Jeff Nyquist (who later wrote "Origins of the Fourth World War" and
who got his first break on Art Bell in 1997). Jeff and I became firm
friends and he raised the issue of the Hollow Earth. By 1996 I was
deeply fascinated by the subject and decided to apply my analysis
skills to the subject. My opinion was that all books about it up until
then had been very poorly written. For the next 3 years I engaged
in my "feasibility study of possible Hollow Worlds" - and thus came
the book "Hollow Planets."
As a result of my appearance with Hilly Rose on Art Bell, a lot of
new and most interesting information came to my attention. In
2001 I planned to write an Arctic Mysteries follow-up book. But the
severe political problems in Zimbabwe to the north of South Africa,
and its possible effects on South Africa caused me to postpone my
Arctic book and to instead write a political book called
"Government by Deception". I believe my book will have a
significant impact on South African politics.
