Cybercity Radio
HOST Jack Landman
KTSA-AM 550
San Antonio
Live Sundays
9PM-12PM CST
Every Sunday evening, 9PM to 12AM, Jack Landman takes the Cybercity Radio microphone. It's the techno-pop-culture variety show - the first radio program of its kind - and it emanates from the powerful broadcast towers of KTSA AM 550 in San Antonio, Texas. Reaching an audience across South Texas, and into neighboring states and Mexico, Cybercity is always live. With the inclusion calls from listeners, Landman carves out an off-kilter, but reliable, (according to him), viewpoint, with humor, knowledge and courteous treatment, of his guests and callers, (no matter how bizarre or unlikely may be their comments and opinions...after all, this is Talk Radio).
Cybercity will keep you on the leading and bleeding edges of our techno-crazed world and its pop culture, mass media, and popular entertainment. Cybercity is always a fun place to be, a place to learn new things, and a place that promises to demystify technology by simplifying it and by observing its foibles. And if that weren't enough, Cybercity also does UFOs and alien abductions.
A Who's Who of Cybercity Guests - Seth Shostak (SETI Astronomer); Alan Guth (Cosmologist); Kary Mullis (Nobel Prize Winner); Neil deGrasse Tyson (Astrophysicist); Paul Kurtz (Philosophy - Founder CSICOP); Colm Keller (Director, NIDS); Linda Moulton Howe (Investigative Journalist); Jakob Nielsen (Web Usability Guru)and so on.
